Judy G. (aka Ms Ariel) is a well-known speaker, writer, sex educator and activist on sexual freedom and gender expression issues and has worked on advocacy issues for over 40 years. She is a founding board member of the Woodhull Freedom Foundation, former Executive Director of NCSF and advisor to the European Union’s Human Rights Commission. She has served on the boards of numerous LGBTQ+, BDSM and transgender organizations. She directed NCSF’s Consent Counts Project for 20 years and continues to work with both NCSF and Woodhull.
She was one of the first women in the U.S. in the 1980’s to teach men to cross-dress and later added teaching women to her curriculum. Her company, “The Feminine Mystique”, was nationally recognized, including salons in both the DC area and NYC. Already a long-time BDSM practitioner and educator, she began doing pro-domme sessions and was internationally recognized. She retired in December 1997 to volunteer her time to work exclusively on sexual freedom issues.
